MAFOR — Streetwear

Inspired by Mafor, a title given to a respected woman of influence in certain West African cultural contexts, the Mafor suit embodies a different kind of authority—one that is fluid, modern, and unapologetically self-defined.

A structural, asymmetric two-piece set designed with a modern streetwear-chic silhouette and functional flexibility.

The Jacket: A cropped, single-breasted blazer featuring a rounded shawl lapel and double-button fastening. The hemline cuts high at the back and sides to contrast with the dramatic, elongated panels at the front.

The Trousers: High-waisted, wide-leg trousers featuring sharp center presses. The design incorporates an attached, layered wrap panel that mimics the drape of a trench coat or dynamic overskirt.

Fabric & Fit: Cut from midweight, high-twist stretchy crepe. The fabric provides excellent recovery, a clean matte finish, and sharp structural lines without restricting movement.
